In an effort to better support the company’s strategic priorities and enhance its ability to serve the belt conveyor industry worldwide, Flexco recently announced a realignment of its senior leadership team structure. 

As end users and distributor partners continue to evolve, and as the competitive landscape intensifies, Flexco is taking proactive steps to improve how it engages with customers to deliver solutions that meet their needs. The organizational changes reflect a commitment to focusing on and evolving the company’s customer-facing resources, including sales, field specialists, training, service, and customer experience, to better serve customers around the world. The realignment also prepares the company’s next generation of leadership for their future roles.  

Solutions and Digital Leadership 

Effective immediately, Keith Staninger has been named Executive Vice President & Chief Solutions and Digital Officer. In this expanded role, Staninger will oversee both the Light-Duty and Heavy-Duty Business Unit Directors, in addition to continuing his leadership of Information Technology and digital solution development. Marketing Communications will also move under his responsibility, ensuring these resources are closely aligned with the business units and the company’s IT and digital development teams. 

Commercial Leadership 

Chip Winiarski has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, Winiarski will lead a comprehensive realignment of the company’s sales regions, with sales, sales support, and customer experience resources consolidated under his leadership.
